Downtown Works launches a new expansion in san Diego co-working spaces.

The company owns three co-working spaces in the county. As Americans embrace remote work, new solutions for flexible workplaces accommodate different needs. So, Downtown Works launches a new co-working in the Little Italy neighborhood.

The san Diego co-working space is to add an additional floor to the current 28,765-square-foot office building. At the moment, the company provides 63 private furnished offices. In addition, members can access shared spaces and virtual office services. The new extensions add added over 10,000 square feet of flex space. Finally, the area is dog-friendly, including amenities like:

– HVAC systems

– Air purifiers

– Touchless doors

– Keyless entries

– Conference rooms

– Private event spaces

– Kitchen, providing premium coffee and craft beer

The San Diego co-working space is at 550 W. B St., near Waterfront Park and close to different bus stations. According to the CommercialEdge report, US national demand for flexible workplaces is on the rise. For example, in July, the national inventory reached 117.5 million square feet and 1.7% of the office stock.

The new expansion in San Diego co-working is another example of how remote work is changing individual workplaces and work habits. And to meet this growing demand, new locations for flexible workers keep opening.
