LinkedIn Adds New Job Filter to Help Users Find Remote Work Opportunities


LinkedIn introduces fully remote, hybrid, and onsite search filters to help users have a more effective job search. The filter will also help recruiters identify easily qualified candidates for certain positions. 

As remote work becomes the norm, LinkedIn’s recruitment continues to adapt the platform to benefit both job seekers and recruiters. During the testing phase, the professional networking platform saw that more than 70% of job searches involved people looking for remote-only roles.

With this new addition, job seekers using the platform will see the new filter using the dedicated search option and the Open to Work feature.  

LinkedIn is also adding similar filters for company pages. They will be able to indicate things such as their return-to-office plans, remote work policies, vaccination policies, etc.
