Last Saturday, the Hyattsville Business Center launched a new co-working space.
The new space follows the growing trend around flexible desks and workspaces. It is located at 4318 Hamilton St., near Polka Dot Park. The new space will offer a 1,459-square-foot work area and a 356-square-foot with a private kitchen.
Among other amenities, the space provides:
- High-speed wifi
- Printing
- Copying
- Scanning and faxing
- Basic office supplies
- Coffee, tea, water, and snacks
In addition, the Hyattsville Business Center provides in-house computer service on a first-come basis. And other services like public notary, document lamination, and translations from English to Spanish and vice-versa. Additional services are available upon request.
Finally, co-owners Ana Pedroso Powell and Brandon Powell commit to inclusivity and flexibility. So, memberships cost $35 for a day pass or $299 for a month, including two free guest passes. Furthermore, the space is accessible for evening activities like yoga classes, networking events, or pop-up art shows.
