Cambium Learning Group Embraces Remote First Work Model

Man working from home

Cambium Learning Group, an award-winning education technology and services company, announces its “Remote First” working model. The company will allow employees to choose how and where to work.

Cambium’s remote-first model will allow employees to choose between fully remote work, hybrid, or in-office. The decision comes from the company’s belief that employees should balance their work and personal lives.

Cambium Becomes a Remote First Company

Cambium employees no longer need to work from an office location. They can now enjoy the flexibility of remote work. According to John Campbell, CEO of Cambium Learning Group, the company is focused on driving innovation, improving equity across the company, and always its people first. He mentioned:

“The transition to fully remote work has required each of us to adopt new ways of working and staying connected. We’re excited that our Remote First approach will provide a more inclusive model based on respect and trust that supports everyone to create a better work-life blend.”

The company has also invested in a Remote First Home Office Support benefit for expenses incurred so far and those expected throughout this year. The benefit also includes health and welfare benefits such as virtual mental wellness visits and enhanced leave packages.
