Remote Work Survey: Key Findings

The “Future of Work in Digitised Economy” forum established why organizations should focus on creating an intelligent workspace that enables employees to work outside the office and still contributes to the organization’s growth.

Ayo Adegboye, Chief Executive Officer, mentioned (ThisDayLive):

“The focus of the forum is on how to make work much more convenient, seamless, and secure for organizations, despite security threats in cyberspace. Today there is a paradigm shift in the workspace, where people can work remotely from outside of their offices and still contribute meaningfully to the growth of the organization, and this can be achieved successfully if the right technology is applied.”

During his presentation, Tola Olaayan, the General Manager at Arravo, said the survey showed that 55% of employees positively impacted work motivation, 84% preferred working from outside of the office space, and 67% saw security as the main challenge.
