MIAMI_ A joint venture between different companies launches a community apartment for remote workers.
ZOM Living, Mattoni Group, Scout Capital, and AEW Capital Management join forces to build a new living center. After completing the first phase, the MiLine Miam is ready for further development. The location is a mixed-use center across 11.4 acres, including:
- Delivery of a six-story
- 338-unit apartment community
- 4,600 square feet of retail space
- 1,300 linear feet of the Ludlam Trail
The idea is to create a comfortable living solution for different people, from families to remote workers. Apartments come in studios. And one-, two- and three-bedroom options range from 580 to 1,700 square feet. Among amenities, members can access:

At this stage, the project aims to include additional 300 apartments and 18,000 square feet of retail space. Finally, the Ludlam Trail will be redeveloped into a linear park spanning six miles and connecting four parks; three waterways; two Metrorail stations at Dadeland North and South; and five schools.
