New Apartment Community for Remote Workers

MIAMI_ A joint venture between different companies launches a community apartment for remote workers. 

ZOM Living, Mattoni Group, Scout Capital, and AEW Capital Management join forces to build a new living center. After completing the first phase, the MiLine Miam is ready for further development. The location is a mixed-use center across 11.4 acres, including: 

  •  Delivery of a six-story
  • 338-unit apartment community
  • 4,600 square feet of retail space
  • 1,300 linear feet of the Ludlam Trail

The idea is to create a comfortable living solution for different people, from families to remote workers. Apartments come in studios. And one-, two- and three-bedroom options range from 580 to 1,700 square feet. Among amenities, members can access:

  • Swimming pool
  • Pool deck with cabanas
  • Grilling area
  • Zen courtyard
  • Fire pit
  • Social room
  • Fitness center
  • Aqua lounge 
  • Coworking spaces

In addition, a local brewery and two restaurants provide crafty and healthy food. 

For the second phase, MiLine Miami will create 337 apartments, including 32 townhome units. Construction works are set for the end of the year, preparing for the third phase. At this stage, the project aims to include additional 300 apartments and 18,000 square feet of retail space. Finally, the Ludlam Trail will be redeveloped into a linear park spanning six miles and connecting four parks; three waterways; two Metrorail stations at Dadeland North and South; and five schools.

To conclude, this apartment community for remote workers is designed to meet different needs. From entertainment to logistics to workplaces, the location aims to provide everything people need while working from home. Tenants can find everything in the center, avoiding commuting time or movements. This hybrid location responds with new solutions to current trends related to remote work and flexible workplaces
