Money makes the world go ‘round, right? But what makes money itself go ‘round? That’s the job of payment processing companies. They make sure the spice flows. The spice must flow! And one such company is looking for a skilled Account and Processing Manager to oversee the processing applications for their clients, and be persistent and efficient in onboarding new accounts. You’ll be responsible for the entire process: from the very start of the application, to getting approval and deploying the merchant account. You’ll also provide support to clients and rely on their partners to satisfy their needs.

We Need You To Be a Master Of:
- Figuring out how to best support clients – and doing it!
- Clear communication with good English fluency (spoken and written).
- Having a detailed and results-oriented approach.
- Personal organization and autonomy.
- Be available for work during the EST timezone work hours.
- Having banking experience (sales or auditing) is a plus!
- And if you are familiar with payment processing, that gives you bonus points, too!
Here’s What You’re Going To do In The Team:
- Maintain the company’s CRM.
- Collect KYC documentation from clients and proof websites to double-check
- Complete merchant account applications
- See the applications through for the entire process (takes 7-30 days).
- Relentlessly pursue the merchants and the banks to collect and submit missing documentation.
- Lead the deployment of the new merchant accounts (setting up payment gateways, deploying hardware).
