New End-to-End Coworking Solution

end-to-end coworking

Real estate tech innovator Yardi launches a new end-to-end coworking solution.

After the release of CoworkingCafe.com and the acquisition of CoworkingMag.com, new flex solutions come up. The growing demand for flexible workplaces is pushing operators to reinvent local businesses to welcome remote workers.

So, CoworkingCafe and Yardi Kube Flex space launched on the market the first end-to-end coworking and flex solution. First, the partnership will provide flex spaces across the country, including features like:

  • Real-time space availability
  • Floor plans
  • Amenities
  • Packages
  • Photos
  • 360-degree videos for new visitors.

In addition, coworking owners, operators, investors, and clients will receive news and market insights about flexible workplace innovation.

This end-to-end coworking solution aims to improve productivity with innovative design and support business growth. Finally, Yardi already provides a competitive ILS network of five commercial listing platforms to generate leads. And CoworkingCafe will join the commercial listing network of PropertySharkCommercialCafeCommercialSearchPoint2 and 42Floors, attracting over 2 million monthly visits.

As Yardi vice president Rob Teel said: “With the launch of CoworkingCafe, we are excited to help consumers find and book office space, while helping operators increase revenue.”

To conclude, the first coworking end-to-end solution joins a new trend. With the rise of remote work, new solutions to accommodate new workers’ priorities come up, changing the workplace market.
