Even when COVID restrictions are lighter, most people opt for alternative workstations. The long experiment with remote work profoundly changed working habits – and the market around it.

New On-Demand Workplace Platform To Book Coworkingspaces’ Desks Online

Following this trend, the meeting booker company Hubli and the global coworking organization PON announced a new partnership. The companies will launch an on-demand workspace and meetings reservation platform across 1,000 venues.

Coworking spaces and venues can instantly sell desks online through this newon-demand workspace platform. A few weeks ago, Hubli launched its on-demand workspace platform for enterprise clients. On the other hand, PON represents 200 independent coworking operators spread across North America and some locations in Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

As a result, this new partnership with PON allows access to Hubli’s technology from the coworking network. So, the system speeds up the booking process and includes dynamic pricing functionality.

The founder and CEO of Hubli, Ciaran Delaney said: “Following an extensive selection and review process, we are delighted to have been selected to power the PON platform. It underlines the unique Hubli product offering. We are excited to roll out the solution in the coming weeks in the US, which is now our fastest-growing market.”

And VP of strategy for PON, Michele Penarandaadded: “This partnership allows PON to add a state of the art on-demand solution meet.ponworks.com. And to give our clients even faster and more flexible access to spaces. Further, it perfectly complements our core values of account management and central billing efficiencies.”

Even in post-pandemic scenarios, alternative workstations are on the rise, as shown by this new on-demand workplace platform.
