The Instant Group announced a new investment for the co-working data platform company, CoworkIntel.

The analytics company is based between Spain and the US. The service allows co-working operators and landlords to track their operations and improve their business planning. In addition, CoworkIntel users can analyze activities and market trends in their regions. They can compare different business models and enhance their services based on their occupants.

Based in two different places, the co-working data platform company can reach 4000 markets worldwide. As CEO of The Instant Group, Tim Rodber, says: “The data in the platform will provide a deeper understanding of flexible workspace and its position within the wider office market at a time when demand for flex continues to explode. By investing in CoworkIntel, we will be able to scale its data, insights and increase transparency in the sector for investors, operators, landlords and occupiers.”

The trend for co-working and flexible workplaces keeps increasing. And new solutions for remote workers keep increasing and opening new markets. So, this new investment for the co-working data platform company is another way to support the industry.
