Since the pandemic started, there has been an increase in digital nomads and remote workers. This has led cities to build incentive programs to attract these new types of workers as a way to boost their economy or population.

Morgantown and Lewisburg, West Virginia
Applicants who don´t work in West Virginia can take a valued package of $20,000, including a cash stipend of $12,000 and other gifts and benefits valued at $8,000.
Greater Rochester, New York
Applicants living more than 300 miles from downtown Rochester and can relocate within six months of acceptance can obtain a $10,000 relocation incentive and $9,000 in homebuyer´s incentives.
Southwest, Michigan
