Poe Mill_ Chapel community space launches a new project combining co-working, food hall, and much more.

The trend for flexible workplaces keeps growing. Different co-working space project keeps rising to cope with travel restrictions and pandemic consequences. Across the world,  traditional buildings are turned into locations for digital nomads and artists to redesign co-working spaces

The chapel project follows this trend. The location includes numerous amenities to promote the healthiest work-life balance and exchange between remote workers and entrepreneurs.

The Chapel will open at the beginning of 2023. And the $10 million projects will take inspiration from New York’s classic social clubs of the 20th century. So, the idea is to create an open space to network, grow professionally, and achieve a better work-life balance.

The 40,000 square-foot provides several features across 2.5 acres:

  • Co-working space
  • Conference rooms
  • Social club
  • Barbershop and salon
  • Three restaurants
  • Coffee shop and bar
  • Taproom
  • Kitchen space

Especially the co-working and the food hall are a combination to support entrepreneurs with limited capital. So, members can try out new concepts; create delivery services through the window; and build innovative apps to connect with the local community.

Following other examples, the project aims to create a flexible and inclusive workplace. The open space aims to achieve a healthier work-life balance and lifestyle.

To conclude, the Chapel co-working and food is open to all. However, members can access discounts and special workplaces like conference rooms; offices; and individual desks.
