India_ Bangalore launches the first Work Theatre for remote workers.
Work Theater is the first Indian coworking space targeting members’ wellbeing. Ensuring a healthy workplace is one of the top priorities after the pandemic. And employers and employees alike realized the importance of maintaining a balance between work tasks and personal life.
So, the co-working is designed according to three themes: wellness, theater and silk. The space opened at the beginning of the month, entering in Bangalore’s vibrant startup and freelancer ecosystem. As a result, the goal is to create a healthy workplace at affordable rates. The pilot location is in Nagarbhavi Outer Ring Road, and the plan is to scale in other residential areas.
Among the amenities, the Work Theatre for remote workers includes:
- Relaxing work environment
- Toga studio
- Private theater
- Terrace garden
- Library spaces
As co-founder of Work Theater, Mr. Karthik Magaji, said “As more industries move people towards a hectic work life, we need coworking spaces that would resonate with people and help them create the ideal balance between work, play and relaxation, all within a budget!”
So, the idea is to create an holistic workplace to focus, collaborate and find the right balance between life and work.
The Work Theater for remote workers is another example of growing tendency towards a better work life balance from employers and employees alike.
