Glassdoor, the global leader in insights about jobs and companies, opened its new headquarters in downtown San Francisco. It also reopened offices in London, Chicago, and Ohio. While onsite work is highly encouraged, the company continues with its ‘Work Where You Want Policy,’ launched in 2020, which gives employees the flexibility to work wherever they want.
In a recent Glassdoor survey, over 58% of its employees wanted to continue with a full-time remote work model, while 42% considered hybrid as the best option. The company, however, will let employees choose how they want to work, whether it’s in the office, fully remote, or both.
