Downtown Works launches a new Premium co-working in the heart of the beach-close community of San Diego.

Now, they are launching the beach-location Downtown Works PB. The new 7.000 square foot Premium co-working space will be at 4438 Ingraham Street in Pacific Beach (PB). From February, the space will open providing:
- 30 private sound-proof furnished offices
- Numerous workstations
- Sound-proof private phone booths
- Two large conference rooms with audio-visual equipment ideal for hybrid and in-person meetings.
In addition, the organization combines rigorous safety protocols, from masks to social distancing, and innovative technologies like medical-grade air purifiers. The Premium co-working is designed to create a comfortable and safe space for members and guests.
The boho-chic décor interiors create a relaxed environment to encourage brainstorming, teamwork, and productivity. Membership subscriptions are highly flexible, including days, months, or year deals. In addition, the dog-friendly workspace provides free smacks, organic coffee, tea, and local craft beer.
Tailoring the needs of entrepreneurs, startups, and artists, the Premium co-working is an ideal workstation to network and stay productive. Downtown Works PB members can access the other two locations in San Diego and over 60 co-working spaces in partnership with LeXC.
