The City of Park Rapids has welcomed “The Hangar,” a local co-working facility providing a variety of services for entrepreneurs, small company owners, and remote employees.
Many people have been working from home since the COVID-19 outbreak began. However, working from home may be stressful and hectic for some people. The Hangar, which is run by the Heartland Lakes Development Commission, may provide a work-from-home environment without really being at home.
Coworking spaces are great for those who like to have a place outside their home to work. Some may have small houses while others’ kids or pets, etc could cause distractions. These are good enough reasons to consider working from a co-working space. You can find the right one for you via the many coworking apps available on App store and Google Playstore.
Business owners, entrepreneurs, and remote employees can use the Hangar’s services by purchasing a pay-as-you-go pass or a monthly subscription. Access to a kitchenette, basic office supplies, a social space, peer assistance, and even networking possibilities are just a few of the benefits.
SCORE District Director Dell Carver said the hangar will also benefit from their relationship, which will provide free business counselling and mentorship to budding company owners and entrepreneurs.
