ControlUp Brings Up Digital Employee Experience (DEX)

Digital Employee Experience

ControlUp presents its Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management software provider at HIMSS22, the Healthcare industry’s premier event (March 14-18, Orlando, FL).

ControlUp empowers remote IT teams worldwide optimizing remote work experiences with powerful collaborative software. Their last release is a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management platform to simplify and speed up distributed IT teams. The software targets healthcare IT teams. And it allows to optimize remote work environments, prevent user downtime, and quickly resolve issues from anywhere.

Partnering with IGEL and  Citrix, ControlUp will present the new Digital Employee Experience at the next HIMSS22. During the event, the team will show how IGEL OS integration will improve healthcare endpoints’ security, productivity, and manageability. In addition, they will illustrate Citrix integration to improve remote teams’ end-user experience, application performance monitoring, and remote troubleshooting.

DEX technologies focus on the type of technology experience that companies can offer to their employees. And it’s a crucial contributor to improving the overall work experiences for managers and teams. Furthermore, DEX is an alternative and effective way to attract and retain employees improving their daily virtual workflow.

Industry analyst studies found that the digital team member experience is one of the top five drivers for 24% percent of employees in the tech industry. Especially in hybrid workplaces, it’s crucial to keep high productivity levels and improve employee satisfaction.

As ControlUp Sr. Director of Product Marketing, Joel Stocker, said: “At its core, a superior digital employee experience proactively eliminates potential technology friction so employees can focus on their work. Healthcare is one industry that will benefit greatly, as clinicians’ abilities to provide superior quality patient care is increased.”

So, this new Digital Employee Experience (DEX) is another example of new strategies to improve distributed teams’ workflow – even in a post-pandemic scenario.
