Grand Traverse Internal and Family Medicine, P.C is seeking a talented Executive Assistant for a full-time position. This role will report to Jane Rolf in the Grand department and is a remote role that could be performed anywhere in the U.S.

 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our company executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle complex tasks efficiently.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

● Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives’ behalf.

● Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.

● Manage the executives’ calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

● Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.

● Handle confidential information with discretion.

● Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations).

 

Qualifications

● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

● Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency.

● Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

● Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars, copy machines).

● Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

● Discretion and confidentiality.

 

Compensation

Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Final compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
