Apple Wants Workers Back to the Office with Its Mandatory 3 Days Per Week Policy

Apple set a new deadline for corporate employees to return to the office. By September 5, they should be in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week, marking its latest return attempt after the pandemic and employees´ complaints delayed its plan several times. 

Since the Covid-19 cases started to reduce, companies have defined their future work plans. In some cases, remote work became permanent, but in others, companies wanted employees back. Apple was involved in a series of controversies as the company wanted to return to the traditional workplace setup.

Apple Wants Employees Back to the Office, Again

The California-based tech giant has been working on different policies to have employees return to the office. Currently, they are mandating employees to return at least three days a week. 

The company will demand employees to work from the office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third regular day that will be determined by individual teams.
