Survey: Remote Workers Spend Roughly 13 Hours Per Day Staring at Screens

According to the survey by All About Vision, an eye health website, remote workers spend approximately 13 hours per day staring at the screen. This is almost two hours more than those working onsite. 

One of the effects of working remotely is that employees tend to stay connected longer. As they don´t deal with commuting and have more time on their hands, they spend more time either working or connected to their computers.

All About Vision surveyed employees to see the impact of remote work, and these are their key findings:
