PRM Consulting Group’s survey on remote work trends for nonprofit organizations revealed that most organizations plan to keep a flexible work schedule for their workers.
ACA International conducted a survey with 11 member CEOs asking if they will continue to offer remote work for their employees after the pandemic is over. The results of the survey were published in Collector magazine’s May issue. There was a mixed response. Four CEOs said they will continue with remote work while three others said a no. Four others haven’t taken a decision yet.
To get a better understanding of remote work trends within the nonprofit sector, PRM Consulting Group Inc. (PRM) conducted a survey to know more about their pay programs and other policies related to their employees who are working remotely.
The questions in the survey were related to changes in pay based on compensation policy and practice updates for 2021.
Highlights of the PRM Consulting Survey
- 60% of the respondents currently don’t have or don’t plan to implement a location based pay policy for remote employees.
- 76% of the respondents plan to go for a flexible work schedule for some or all employees.
- 50% of the respondents will maintain current salaries for remote staff irrespective of the locations of remote workers.
- 48% of the survey respondents already reimburse some or all remote employees for expenses related to home office.
- Around 57% of survey respondents have already made or will soon make changes to their pay/benefits programs.
- 70% of the respondents said that there have been not many changes in turnover since the pandemic started.
- 90% of interviewed sign up because of remote and part-time opportunities.
This survey highlights that most nonprofit organizations are following remote work trends and will continue to do so while also making some changes to their pay programs and other policies.Up to
