Ireland employees now have the “right to disconnect” from work after Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) announced it as an official code of practice. This means that the workers no longer are under any obligation to respond to work emails or calls outside their working hours. In this video, Luis gives his opinion on why this is actually important for the employees as well as for the management.
