Quartz released its second global ranking of best companies for remote workers. The company evaluated small to large businesses that offer the best remote working practices. Among the best companies are Coastal Wealth, 3Q/Dept, and Launch Potato.
While many companies offer remote work as their biggest benefit, others focus on building great remote culture with virtual events and even more flexibility. Quartz analyzed what remote companies offer great leadership, benefits, competitive pay, and more, separating them into large, medium, and small companies.
The Best Companies for Remote Workers
Employers were invited to apply for recognition for the second global ranking of best companies for remote workers. The ranking was conducted through a survey that evaluated employee sentiment and company practices to determine recognition and ranking.
To be eligible, employers needed a minimum of 25 full time permanent employees and at least 25 full time permanent employees working remotely. These are the results:
