Note: This position is remote and candidates can reside anywhere in the United States. This requires10% travel.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing support staff including; customer service, pre recovery processing and escalated account scenarios.
* Candidates need to be well-rounded, flexible and driven.

* Review and assignment of accounts to the case workers through MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol.
* Documenting and processing client requests.
* Track each staff members daily productivity and provide coaching as needed
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent 2+ years experience in business management
* Client (auto finance) experience
* Presentation (PowerPoint/Google slides) skills
* Target Base Salary Range: $57,000 – $62,000 USD
