Win Free Office Space for a Year

free office space year

Smithfield Works launches The Pitch. It’s an opportunity for local businesses and entrepreneurs to win free office space for a year.

After the pandemic, most businesses opted for flexible workspaces. From more flexibility to reducing costs, the new trend is taking over, and co-working providers are launching new initiatives to attract different remote workers.

So, the new premium office and co-working spaces providers have launched this competition for local businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs. The winner will have free city center hot-desking for 12 months – over £1000 expense. In the heart of Smithfield city center, the space provides the unique opportunity to work in an innovative office surrounded by like-minded people.

Local businesses, start-ups, charities, and solo entrepreneurs are welcome to apply and create a broad community of professionals growing together. The application for the free office space for free office space will be judged by:

  • Representatives from Genr8 Developments
  • Regeneration specialists behind Smithfield Works
  • Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce
  • Cllr Abi Brown from Stoke-on-Trent City Council

After the first shortlist, the committee will select the winner. As Smithfield Works community manager Charlotte Teece commented: “We are so excited to launch this new competition and offer businesspeople from the region the opportunity to benefit from brilliant offices. We are looking for local businesses, whether they be start-ups, charities, community groups or solo entrepreneurs, who need a desk in a modern, quality and digitally connected workspace to help them develop their business and build new relationships.”

So, the competition for free office space for a year is another initiative following a growing trend for flexible workspaces.
