According to information technology (IT) service provider Dell Technologies, attempts to accelerate digital transformation resulted in a record year for remote work support.

“We don’t have specific numbers, but the fiscal year of 2022 for the Philippines is a record year for us. It’s a strong year and we posted high growth. In fact, the Philippines posted even better growth rates than international, in practically all key drivers.”Ronnie Latinazo, Country General Manager, Dell

As of the first quarter of 2022, order revenues for the Partner Program increased by up to 12 percent annually throughout Asia Pacific and Japan. Additionally, Dell stated that distribution income and rebate payments rose by 12% and 38%, respectively.

According to Tiang-Hin Ang, general manager of Dell’s South Asian channel, this development is the result of consumers appreciating the importance of collaboration, security, and performance whether working onsite or online.

“Partners’ strategies are now focused on how to differentiate themselves as experts. They’re adapting their business models to address evolving customer needs.”Tiang-Hin Ang, Channel General Manager of South Asia, Dell
