Yesterday, Virtual Vocations released its annual list of the top 25 Fortune 500 companies hiring for fully remote jobs. The list highlights what big companies value 100% virtual employment.
Knowing employers prioritize fully remote work is a key factor for job seekers, considering that most want flexible jobs. According to Virtual Vocations CEO and co-founder Laura Spawn, more than four-fifths of US workers and planning to find a new job in 2022, and the purpose of the study was to find out the biggest businesses in America that could develop “what job seekers want most in their careers: 100% virtual employment.”

Virtual Vocations conducted a thorough analysis of Fortune 500 companies for the second year in a row. By comparing Fortune´s 69th annual ranking with its extensive remote companies database, Virtual Vocations is able to compile valuable insights.
The database has over 14,000 employers that offer remote work options. Additionally, it includes current, fully remote job positions for these companies.
