10 of the happiest remote-friendly companies

A new ranking was created by the remote jobs search engine Flexjobs.

They ranked the best companies for those looking for great flexible work arrangements.

How did they do it? Flexjobs cross-referenced its own database of companies that hired for remote jobs with Comparably’s Happiest Employees 2023 report.

They pinpointed companies with the best culture and the happiest employees.

Keith Spencer, career expert at Flexjobs, says a great work culture and flexibility go hand-in-hand.

“Flexibility is a crucial part of building a happy work culture because it directly impacts the quality of an employee’s work-life balance,” he said.

It´s been proven that flexibility can help reduce stress levels and decrease burnout.

It also fosters a greater sense of trust and helps companies attract and retain top talent.

Big tech names like Adobe and AT&T made Flexjob´s top 10 list.
