Job Duties and Responsibilities: Calling clients that requested their benefits.
Setting appointments with clients to review their benefits with them.
Reviewing benefits virtually through Zoom with the client.
Enrolling clients in their benefits.
Completing the report card with each client once the benefits overview is complete.
