We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Clerical Administrator to join our remote team. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and proper organization of information.
  • Manage and maintain digital files, records, and documents.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and team calendars.
  • Respond to emails and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other office materials as needed.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

  • 16 years or older
