Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with members through daily calls to identify their financial needs
- Explain the value and benefits of supplemental insurance products
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance member retention
- Assist throughout the application process—offering updates and support
- Provide ongoing assistance after enrollment, such as policy reviews, beneficiary changes, and claims help
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to life insurance sales and services
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate systems efficiently
- Organized with excellent time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and motivated to succeed
- Sales experience preferred—A competitive edge is a plus!
- Problem-solving mindset with critical thinking skills
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Open to coaching and willing to apply feedback
