What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with local Sales team, MSAT, R&D, and project management to drive success and innovation
- Organize and execute technical symposiums showcasing upstream solutions
- Support product adoption application for the North American commercial team and customers
- Conduct win/loss analyses to refine approach and enhance offerings
- Communicate market trends and customer needs effectively to the internal organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific or engineering discipline or other related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the biopharma industry
- Experience in a commercial, sales, or customer-facing role
- Strong customer and sales orientation
- Ability to establish partnerships with internal and external partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in science or engineering and/or an MBA
- Experience working in a sales/marketing organization
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships
