Title: SR HRIS Analyst (Remote)Dept: HRIS & Analytics
Reports To: AVP, HRIS and Analytics
Pay range: 80K to 80K
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SR HR Analyst with expertise in Power BI, dashboard design, ETL, report automation, API programming, and troubleshooting to join our HRIS and Analytics team. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, automation, and system integration to drive HR operational efficiency and enable strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics & Visualization:
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support HR decision-making.
- Apply effective dashboard design principles to optimize user experience.
- Develop scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency.
- HR Systems & Integration:
- Work with SharePoint for HR document management and workflow automation.
- Manage and optimize workflows using Power Automate (Online & Desktop) to streamline HR data transfers and integrations.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot APIs to ensure seamless HR system connectivity.
- Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation in HR processes.
- Implement best practices for report automation and data management.
- Troubleshoot API and system integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
- AI & Emerging Technologies (Plus):
- Ability to set up and implement AI tools for HR automation and analytics is a plus.
- Develop and maintain HR chatbots (MS Copilot Studio) for employee self-service.
- Support AI-driven decision-making processes and data enhancements.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to enhance HR technology solutions.
- Provide support for HR analytics requests, system enhancements, and data accuracy.
- Assist in the adoption of Palantir (preferred but not required).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Power BI – including DAX, data modeling, and visualization.
- Strong experience in dashboard design and data storytelling.
- Hands-on expertise in ETL processes and data transformation.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for HR documentation and automation.
- Knowledge of API programming and troubleshooting for HR system integrations.
- Experience with Power Automate and SFTP connections.
- Background in report automation and HR data management.
- Ability to set up AI tools for automation and analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years in HR analytics, HRIS, or data analysis roles.
- Experience with Palantir or similar platform is a plus.
- Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager and ticketing systems like HaloPSA.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation is a plus.
