Our Software Engineer Talent Applications is accountable for:
- Providing the necessary leadership, analysis, and design tasks related to the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications used for recruiting, tracking, and managing talent.
- Continuously improving the usability and functionality of the talent applications by gathering user feedback, conducting usability tests, and implementing enhancements.
- Working closely with other teams, such as Vendors, HR, recruitment, sales, and IT, to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensuring that the software applications comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
Essential Skills and Experiences:
- A minimum of 5 years of IT software as a service industry experience, with at least 3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer, Solution Architect, or Applications Analyst.
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Database Management and Data Security.
- Ability to work with business sponsors in the build, plan, and delivery of technical solutions in support of business plans.
- Ability to rapidly grasp IT concepts and identify potential solutions, as well as understand key interdependencies with other systems.
This is a virtual role. The candidate must be able to work early eastern time zone hours of 7am-4pm as needed to support business needs.
