Job Description
Your Career
As a Senior Consulting Director within Unit 42’s Cyber Risk Management (CRM) team, you will lead our Cloud Security Assessments offering and own the delivery success of the service line in North America. This includes overseeing a team of consultants, maintaining delivery quality, driving revenue and utilization, supporting business development, and advancing service innovation. You will work closely with leadership to evaluate and optimize cloud security posture and resilience, driving risk reduction and cloud transformation at scale.
In this strategic role, you will serve as the executive sponsor on key cloud security engagements, guide a team of Directors and consultants, and collaborate across units to refine services and elevate cloud security outcomes. You will be responsible for setting and achieving KPIs related to delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and product integration.
This role requires deep technical expertise in cloud security, leadership experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally to scale capabilities and expand market presence.
Your Impact
- Provide strategic leadership for Unit 42’s Cloud Security Assessment services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices.
- Own and drive success across KPIs including revenue, utilization, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development of cloud security methodologies, deliverables, and automation approaches.
- Serve as the executive sponsor and strategic advisor for complex client engagements, guiding secure cloud architecture and remediation strategies.
- Advise stakeholders on cloud security posture, identity management, configuration gaps, and detection capabilities across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Embed Palo Alto Networks technologies into service delivery to maximize client value.
- Lead staffing, resource forecasting, and team performance tracking.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Directors and consultants.
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape messaging, scope opportunities, and support business development.
- Lead or support proposal development, client roadmaps, and build trusted advisor relationships.
- Represent Unit 42 at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content.
- Identify market needs and influence the cloud services roadmap.
- Monitor evolving threats and trends to inform service evolution.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years focused on cloud security services, architecture, or assessments.
- 7+ years managing consulting delivery teams or leading security services at a Director level or higher.
- Technical expertise in cloud-native security architectures, risks, and controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Proficiency with CNAPP, CSPM, IAM, logging, and zero trust architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud threats, frameworks, and compliance models.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting (Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Bash).
- Proven success in building and scaling cloud security consulting teams.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience in pre-sales, scoping, and closing strategic engagements.
- Knowledge of Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma Cloud platform.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or relevant certifications preferred.

Compensation Disclosure
Salary ranges from $236,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location. Compensation may include stock units and bonuses. Benefits details are available.
