Remote Senior Closer – Inbound Leads Only
Full-Time | EST Hours | Remote | Commission-Only (10% Cash Collected)
Monthly Earning Potential: $20K–$25K+

We’re supporting a fast-growing company that’s already producing $500K–$1M per month in revenue. They’re actively hiring two remote Senior Closers to take daily inbound sales calls and close high-ticket ($15K–$18K) service-based offers.
This team doesn’t need help figuring out how to generate calls. They’ve already done that. What they need now are sharp, confident closers who can lead the conversation, challenge objections, and lock in deals on a one-call close.
You’ll step into:
A fully booked calendar with 6–8 qualified, pre-confirmed calls per day
Show-up rate of 80%+
Offers tailored for a B2B audience already doing $25K–$500K+ per month
Strong internal systems and backend support to make the handoff clean
The only thing missing is you.
RequirementsResponsibilities:
Take 20–30 inbound calls per week from pre-qualified prospects (no cold prospecting)
Lead structured, one-call closes for a $15K–$18K service offer
Follow up with pipeline and convert previously warm leads using strategic re-offers
Submit daily performance reports and contribute to ongoing close rate improvements
Communicate with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure clean handovers post-sale
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to close $150K/month or more in cash collected
Strong experience in B2B high-ticket programs: agency, coaching, consulting, or SaaS
Highly confident, direct, and skilled at reframing prospect objections with authority
Clear communicator who thrives under performance-based expectations
Track record working with experienced business owners or marketing-savvy buyers
Comfortable working Monday–Friday on EST hours (location flexible)
Access to call recordings from previous roles is a plus and may be requested
