Job Summary:
We are seeking a Virtual Medical Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting health, diagnosing illnesses, and providing high-quality treatment with professionalism and compassion. This role requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, continuous learning, and collaborative healthcare delivery in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters, including medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and treatment plans, in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure thorough and accurate documentation of patient visits.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members to facilitate efficient workflow and documentation processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Russian (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine.
- Resume must be provided in English.
- Availability to work full-time on EST (New York time).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with cross‑functional and internal leaders.
- Experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high‑speed internet required.
- Compensation in USD.
- Full‑time position with 40 hours weekly.
