Remote Healthcare recruiting experience
Proven work experience in a commission Recruitment or Sales role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices

Responsibilities:

– Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
– Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
– Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements

  • Full desk recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
  • Knowledge of employee orientation, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes is a plus
  • Sales or experience is a plus
  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer
