Job Overview
Join our esteemed Customer Success team as a Principal Consultant, where you will leverage your expertise to elevate both our sales and delivery processes. Your primary objective will be to ensure that clients derive tangible business value from our innovative solutions, fostering a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish enduring partnerships with clients, ensuring the alignment of their business objectives with measurable outcomes.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to steer project execution and guide solution delivery across various clients and teams.
  3. Conduct workshops in tandem with Solution Architects and Business Analysts, focusing on project deliverables to guarantee quality and alignment with program goals.
  4. Act as an escalation point, managing potential risks while facilitating high-level steering committee discussions.
  5. Support existing and prospective clients in leveraging our capabilities to drive their business growth, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to delivery.
  6. Work in partnership with Sales Directors and Solutions Consultants to craft comprehensive solution and resource plans tailored to client needs.
  7. Identify emerging business opportunities within assigned programs in collaboration with Sales Directors and Client Partners.

Required Skills

  1. 7-10+ years of experience in business consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce consulting.
  2. Proven skills in account management and relationship building.
  3. Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) and a business process-focused mindset.
  5. Strong conflict resolution skills and an understanding of executive leadership dynamics.

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrable account management experience and a successful track record in building client relationships.
  2. Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud is highly preferred.
  3. Relevant certifications such as Billing Badge, Advanced Billing Specialist Badge, and Salesforce CPQ Certification are advantageous.
