We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Inventory Clerk to support accurate tracking, organization, and documentation of inventory from a remote setting. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and skilled at maintaining precise records while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and record inventory levels in company systems

  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy

  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages

  • Assist with labeling and organizing inventory records

  • Prepare inventory reports for management review

  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, or purchasing teams

  • Maintain accurate digital records of all inventory transactions

  • Follow established inventory control procedures and protocols

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inventory management, data entry, or warehouse operations preferred
