Coordinating across departments to deliver seamless product development and launch processes
Tracking market trends and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Have a strong network in the personal care or beauty industry
Understand GMP, MOCRA, FDA regulations, and compliance standards in cosmetics manufacturing
Confidently close multi-million dollar B2B deals and manage major client relationships
Use CRM and project tracking tools (like Salesforce or Monday.com) with ease
