Job Title: Remote Account Specialist
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: $65,000-75,000 / year
Benefits: 401(k) with company match up to IRS limit, fully paid health insurance, and PTO.
Technical Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
* 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (agency or call-center environment
preferred)
* Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, with emphasis on:
* Paid Search (preferred)
* Display / Native
* Working knowledge of: Google Ads, Bing, Google Analytics, SA360
* Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred)
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reports; macros a plus)
* Ability to create PowerPoint decks for business reviews
Preferred / Nice to Have
* Experience running campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
* Exposure to attribution platforms and performance marketing strategies
* Experience working with offshore or international teams
