• Holiday Requirement: Rotating holidays
Albany Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel RN – PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) to join their team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in PACU nursing, be flexible, and be capable of managing patients post-surgery in a fast-paced environment.
Provide patient care in the PACU, ensuring patients are monitored and recovering properly after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Rotate shifts and work weekends/holidays as required by the department.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Epic experience required.
Skills: Must be proficient in PACU care, post-operative monitoring, and patient recovery.
The position will be required to float to other units if needed.
• Parking Location: On-site parking available at the facility.
