Requirements High School Diploma 21 years or older Legally authorized to work in the United States Access to regular reliable transportation PM21 FULL-TIME/PART-TIME Full-Time LOCATION J8 Headquarters NUMBER OF OPENINGS 1 POSITION Recruiter NON REMOTE SHIFT -not applicable- POSITION REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVES – High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred – Proven experience in office administration or related role – Proficient in using payroll software Paychex – Minimum 3 years experience in payroll administration – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping – Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel – Ability to multi task and to manage own time effectively -Must be a team player, able to get along well with others and support the business -Exhibits positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
