About The Role
As a CBRE Operations Management Sr. Director, you will oversee the department responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for a large region or high-profile client. This role is part of the Operations Management function, focusing on coordinating staff functions and supporting organizational goals and strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee hiring processes.
- Manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
- Drive strategic operations including revenue growth and new business development.
- Review financial evaluations and make recommendations.
- Approve marketing collateral and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Maintain listing and transaction files, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Assess project needs, develop training programs, and manage procurement and office supplies.
- Apply industry knowledge to drive performance and lead by example, embodying CBRE RISE values.
- Negotiate with management, clients, and external parties on strategic issues.
- Innovate methods, techniques, and standards across disciplines.
- Resolve complex business problems using advanced critical thinking.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with 12-15 years of relevant experience; experience and education may substitute.
- Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong communication skills for handling sensitive information and problem-solving.
- Leadership skills to motivate teams across multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and curiosity.
The salary range is $180,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience. Successful candidates are eligible for bonuses and benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
