What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead supplier interactions and collaboration with program teams to manage procurements for medium/high complexity Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Printed Wire Boards (PWB)
- Develop and manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and documentation in accordance with company directives
- Manage suppliers to meet program requirements for quality and delivery
- Prepare and execute various types of agreements, such as Long Term Agreements and Bailment
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- Ability to analyze cost and pricing data and determine proposal compliance
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in government procurement
- Proficiency in SAP
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Ability to understand technical requirements for procured hardware and services
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
