What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules and oversee budgets
  3. Collaborate with project design teams to execute projects and develop proposals
  4. Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team
  5. Foster and maintain client relationships while promoting the employer’s Power Delivery services

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Structural preferred) or equivalent industry-related experience
  2. Minimum of eight (8) years of applicable industry experience
  3. At least two (2) years of relevant project management experience
  4. Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project)
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Ten (10) + years of experience leading projects in the electric utility environment
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  3. Familiarity with regional utilities in the Northwest
  4. Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
  5. Minimum of five (5) years of consulting experience
