What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules and oversee budgets
- Collaborate with project design teams to execute projects and develop proposals
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team
- Foster and maintain client relationships while promoting the employer’s Power Delivery services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Structural preferred) or equivalent industry-related experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of applicable industry experience
- At least two (2) years of relevant project management experience
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ten (10) + years of experience leading projects in the electric utility environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with regional utilities in the Northwest
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
- Minimum of five (5) years of consulting experience
