As the Manager, HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our people-first culture while driving business results. This influential role puts you at the intersection of human capital strategy and organizational success, where you’ll partner with senior leadership to transform HR initiatives into competitive advantages. You’ll champion talent management strategies, elevate organizational effectiveness, and foster an engaged workforce that thrives in our high-performance environment. With significant autonomy and visibility across business units, you’ll leverage your strategic mindset to solve complex challenges and ensure our people strategies directly contribute to business outcomes. Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Deliver HR support to business units, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to business leaders to optimize HR operations.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts for critical roles and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement organizational design decisions.
  • Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures.
  • Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements.
  • Meet or exceed all performance expectations.
  • Role model company values and leadership expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR, including significant experience in an HRBP or HR management role.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
