Sterling Medical is seeking a Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Aviano, Italy.

This position offers a Monday – Friday schedule from 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM and includes relocation assistance.
New Parent Support Program (NPSP) – Deliver voluntary, comprehensive, home-based prevention services to families to reduce the occurrence of family maltreatment.
~ Family Advocacy Strength-Based Therapy (FAST) – Offer voluntary prevention counseling to individuals, families, or groups at risk for maltreatment.
~ S. state license, which authorizes independent social work practice, and ensure privileges within the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
~ Documentation and Compliance – Utilize FAPNet computer software for client visit documentation, adhering to AF FAP standards and accepted professional practice guidelines.
Active LCSW license authorizing independent social work practice in the U.Ability to maintain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
~ Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and treatment practices.
