3 days/ week, M/ W/ F. REMOTE. This is long term temporary. 24 hours/ week, 6 hours/ day.
This LCSW will provide supervision to BA level case and care managers assigned to serving justice involved populations of focus (homelessness, substance use disorder, mentally ill, and returning from incarceration).
Job Duties:
– Review, modify, and approve assigned care/case manager care plans and assessments.
– Conduct or supervising comprehensive assessments, developing or approving treatment plans that are both personalized and evidence-based.
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to client services through facilitating case conferencing with supervised care/case managers.
– Provide crisis intervention and support emergency response efforts when necessary.
– Maintain, approve, and modify up-to-date documentation and case notes, adhering to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
– Educate supervised staff on delivering coping strategies, resources, and support systems available to members/clients.
– Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current with new practices and approaches.
– Participate in organization leadership and management meetings.
Qualifications:
– Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
